Why can't I open my download?
Your downloaded product is a pdf file. You will need to install the free Adobe Reader software onto your machine in order to view the pdf file. You can download the free Adobe Reader software by visiting http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the directions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Most items are shipped from PA via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs for each order are shown on the order form. If you need a rush, call us and we will get it out immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If it is a digital download, you will receive it immediately. We usually ship physical items within 5 business days.

What is your return policy?
You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
